The recruitment and placement of personnel is the latest service offering from the Turners Training Academy.
“Our vast experience and links within the industry put us in an ideal situation to assist with the recruitment of suitable candidates,’ says Rene Naidoo, Training Coordinator at the Turners training Academy.
The service stems from finding positions for the young learners who are finishing their year-long Learnership Programme at Turners Shipping in a couple of months’ time. “In trying to find them placement within the industry we discovered there is a need for a formal placement service within the forwarding and clearing industry,” said Rene.
“We understand that our learner’s journey is only complete once they are gainfully employed. Every effort is made to find positions for our top candidates in the Learnership Programmes.
